Our journey began in 2023 when Selina gave up her job in the financial sector to make finances more diverse and, on her founding journey through her network, met Andi, who, as a trained banker, is the go-to person for financial issues in his environment.

How we develop our product

We develop our financial app using a women-centered design approach.

This does not mean that Moneten is only for women, even though we pay more attention to women's needs and historical framework conditions, as (financial) equality has still not been achieved. Nevertheless, Moneten is for everyone: women, men and non-binary people.

In fact, our approach is aimed at responding much more closely to needs, goals and realities of life in order to make our offering more individually suitable. Because finances are individual. If we bring that into our offering, finances will also (hopefully) be truly inclusive.
